If something's not quite right, we're happy to help.

Changed your mind?

If you've changed your mind, you can return any unworn and unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

You'll just need to cover the cost of returning the item to us, unless we've sent the wrong item or it's faulty.

Faulty or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, just get in touch within 14 days of delivery and we'll put it right as quickly as we can with a replacement or full refund.

A few things to note

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

• Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on personalised items unless they're faulty.

• Refunds are made to your original payment method once we've received and checked the returned item.

Shipping information

We dispatch online orders once a week to help fit around the day-to-day running of The Park Bar. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 in the UK, and you'll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way. If you've ordered just before our weekly dispatch day, your order will be on its way shortly. Orders placed just after our dispatch day may take a little longer, so thanks in advance for your patience. If you have any questions about your order, just get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
